The real estate developer, Even, has always bet on the environmental issue as a way to build its brand in the market and, for this reason, it felt the urge to engage even more its employees with the subject. We came up with the solution “Even Challenge”, an internal contest backed with a Website so that employees could suggest ideas on how to reduce green-house effect gases emission. The ideas were ranked according to originality, clearness of the proposal, feasibility, among other criteria. Guaranteed success! Not only did we manage to have an excellent number of participants, but also various ideas were implemented into the company and into the personal lives of many employees.
