The biggest challenge and professional achievement so far. I founded and coordinated Circus agency with my partners. There I was responsible for creating not only the whole visual identity of the agency, but also its philosophy of development, respect and gratitude to employees. At Circus, the values of a motivational management have always been top priority, as well as the agency’s main asset. “Circus atmosphere” has shaped the company over these ten years to be welcoming and fun to employees, clients and partners. As creative director and founding partner of the agency, I was co-responsible for bringing together professional intelligence, cutting-edge technological tools and a lot of creativity in database analysis, mobile marketing actions, development of sites, hotsites, intranets, on and off-line media, besides world-class corporative services: visual identity, catalogues and a whole universe of comprehensive solutions provided by the agency. Eventually, Circus became an agency built by multi-talent professionals and an environment where inspiration and results were part of our greatest shows!
